About the Platform and Its Owner

• The LomZom platform (referred to below as the "platform" or "we") is an Arabic-language online educational platform providing digital educational content for 12th-grade students preparing for the Bagrut examinations.

Acceptance of the Terms

• By accessing the platform, creating an account, or purchasing any content, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understood them, and agreed to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
• These terms do not derogate from any right granted to you under mandatory legal provisions, foremost among them the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Eligibility and Minors

• The platform is directed at 12th-grade students, some of whom may be under the age of eighteen.
• If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), your use of the platform, creation of an account, and making of any purchase are conditional upon obtaining the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and your use of the platform constitutes a representation that you have obtained such consent.
• We recommend that parents monitor their children's use of the platform and carry out purchases themselves or under their supervision.

Accounts and Password Responsibility

• The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration, and to update it when it changes.
• The account is personal and non-transferable, and each user is permitted only one account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. Sharing login credentials with any other person is prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately, using the contact details at the end of these terms, upon suspecting any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend an account as set out in the "Account Suspension or Termination" section below.

Courses and Digital Educational Content

• The platform provides digital educational content including, without limitation, video lessons, files, summaries, and accompanying materials, organized into topics and learning units.
• The content is intended for personal study and revision purposes only, and does not replace the official curricula or the instructions of the Ministry of Education or the school.
• We may from time to time update, improve, or replace content, or add new content, in furtherance of the platform's educational purpose.

Unit Purchases and Access Period

• Content is purchased on a per-learning-unit basis as a one-time purchase, and the details and price of each unit are clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
• Upon successful completion of a purchase, the user is granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to view and access the content of the purchased unit through the platform only, [for as long as the platform remains available / for the period specified on the unit page].
• A purchase does not create any ownership right in the content or its files, nor any right to download the content or retain copies of it outside the platform, unless expressly stated otherwise with respect to specific materials.

Payments, Taxes, and Invoices

• All prices are displayed in Israeli new shekels (₪) and include value-added tax at the legally applicable rate.
• Payments are processed through a licensed external payment service provider operating in accordance with recognized security standards for processing card data, and your full credit card details are not stored on the platform's servers.
• Upon completion of a purchase, an invoice/receipt is issued in accordance with the law and sent to the email address registered to your account.
• Where a discount coupon is used, the discount applies according to the published terms of the coupon, and more than one coupon may not be combined in a single purchase unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices from time to time; no change shall apply to purchases completed before the change.

Subscriptions and Renewals

• The platform does not currently operate a recurring subscription or auto-renewal model; all purchases are one-time purchases of specific units.
• If subscription plans are made available in the future, their terms — including the renewal and cancellation mechanism — will be published clearly before activation, and this section will be updated accordingly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Purchases made through the platform are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations concerning distance-selling transactions, and nothing in these terms derogates from the rights granted to you thereunder.
• You may cancel the purchase of a learning unit within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that you have not begun viewing or accessing the unit's content, [free of charge / subject to a cancellation fee at the maximum permitted by law: 5% of the transaction value or 100 shekels, whichever is lower].
• Given the nature of digital content, which can be copied, beginning to access the unit's content may extinguish the right of cancellation in accordance with the exceptions prescribed by law, without derogating from any mandatory right that cannot be contracted out of.
• For categories granted extended cancellation rights by law (senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and new immigrants), the periods and conditions prescribed by law apply.
• Cancellation requests are submitted using the contact details at the end of these terms, stating your name and the details of the purchase. The amount will be refunded by the same payment method used and within the period prescribed by law.
• In the event of a material defect in the purchased content that cannot be remedied within a reasonable period, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that unit.

No Guarantee of Results

• The platform is a study and revision aid, and it does not guarantee — expressly or impliedly — the achievement of any academic result or particular grade in the Bagrut or other examinations, nor any outcome relating to academic admission, career path, or any other achievement.
• Results depend on many factors beyond the platform's control, first and foremost the student's effort and study circumstances.
• No content on the platform constitutes a substitute for the official instructions issued by the Ministry of Education regarding the examinations, their dates, and their structure.

Certificates

• The platform does not currently grant official certificates or certificates accredited by any governmental or academic body, and completion of any unit or course on the platform does not constitute an official qualification.
• If internal completion documents are made available in the future, they will be for documentation and motivational purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Platform Availability and Technical Requirements

• We strive to make the platform available around the clock; however, we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or fault, and the service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons beyond our control.
• Using the platform requires an internet connection of sufficient speed for video playback and a modern, up-to-date browser. You are responsible for providing these requirements and for any related connection costs.
• In the event of a material and extended service interruption preventing you from benefiting from a purchased unit, please contact us and we will work to find an appropriate solution, including extending the access period where appropriate.

Student Conduct

• The user undertakes to use the platform with integrity and for personal study purposes only, and to refrain from any abusive or fraudulent conduct, including impersonating others, attempting to access content they have not purchased, misusing discount coupons, or any act liable to harm the platform, its users, or its teaching staff.

User-Generated Content

• Where the platform enables the posting of comments, questions, or any user content, the user undertakes that their content will be lawful, appropriate, and free of any abuse or infringement of the rights of others, and grants the platform a non-exclusive license to use it for the purposes of operating and improving the service.
• The platform may remove any infringing content without prior notice.

Prohibited Uses

• The user is prohibited from, without limitation: sharing login credentials or making the account available to any other person.
• Attempting to bypass or disable the platform's protection mechanisms or technical access restrictions is prohibited.
• Using automated software (such as scraping or crawling tools) to access the platform or its content is prohibited.
• Screen recording or capturing the content by any technical means is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform, interfering with its operation, or placing an unreasonable load on it is prohibited.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms is prohibited.

Prohibition on Copying, Sharing, and Reselling Course Materials

• The educational content is licensed to you for personal viewing through the platform only. It is strictly prohibited to copy, download (beyond what the platform expressly permits), record, film, translate, adapt, publish, broadcast, share with others, or make the content available to them by any means, and it is likewise prohibited to sell, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit it in any form.
• Any breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these terms entitling the platform to terminate the account immediately without refunding amounts paid, without prejudice to any right to claim compensation and to take legal action.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content — including video lessons, files, texts, designs, logos, marks, and software — are owned by the platform or licensed to it by their owners, and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Your use of the platform or purchase of any unit does not grant you any ownership right or license beyond what is expressly provided in these terms.

Privacy Policy

• The processing of your personal information is governed by the platform's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and can be viewed via the designated link on the platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

• The platform relies on external service providers for some of its functions, including payment processing, hosting, and infrastructure services. These services are subject to their providers' terms and policies, and the platform shall not be liable for faults or damages originating exclusively with those parties, within the limits permitted by law.

Account Suspension or Termination

• The platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account in the event of a material breach of these terms — in particular the provisions prohibiting sharing and copying — or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse, after notifying the user and giving them an opportunity to explain where possible and reasonable.
• The user may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting us, without prejudice to their rights under the cancellation and refund policy above.
• Termination of the account does not affect any obligations arising before termination, and provisions which by their nature are intended to survive shall remain in effect thereafter (including the intellectual property and limitation of liability provisions).

Limitation of Liability

• The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, within the limits permitted by law.
• The platform shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of study time, opportunity, or examination results, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, within the limits permitted by law.
• In all cases, and within the limits permitted by law, the platform's maximum liability toward the user shall not exceed the total amounts actually paid by the user to the platform during the [12] months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that may not be limited or excluded by law, nor derogates from mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to the Terms

• The platform may amend these terms from time to time. When a material amendment is made, we will notify users through the platform or by email within a reasonable period before it takes effect, and update the last-updated date at the top of this page.
• Your continued use of the platform after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of them. Amendments shall not apply retroactively to purchases completed before them.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the platform, without prejudice to any mandatory right granted to consumers regarding the venue of litigation.
• If a competent court rules that any provision of these terms is invalid, that provision shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, and its invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
